When copying and pasting this review to her social media business pages she removed all tags of her own cake and blocked my profile.

I would give service a 0 if possible. We asked for a chocolate cheesecake. It tasted 3 or more days old. It has big cream cheese chunks throughout the chocolate. Not blended well.. like it was rushed. You'll see the images at how just ugly it was... We first emailed to just say the cake wasnt great and we were instructed that the only way they would help us is if we brought it back by 2:15. It was 1:48 and this is a birthday cake... so im at my own party having to run out suddenly? No. Not to mention everyone at my party refused to eat it after tasting it. They also since hearing the manager(read ahead for that convo 🙄) could not believe how rude- I spoke to steph the manager she begin to talk down to us and almost get angry that we didn't like the cheesecake "everyone else likes" I then tried to reason with her and said like look we aren't asking for anything.. it's just this cake is bad the children won't even eat it. This woman continued to yell.. she said she wasn't yelling at us but it was obvious how offended she was. She finished the call by saying "well I hope we can do something for you in the future as far as a cake but it just seems like our cakes aren't for you" then hung up.. and as a business owner myself. This woman's ego was bruised and she didn't want to hear that we just didn't...

I just learned about this business two days ago because someone came into my business and asked whether or not there was a bakery in the area because they were new to the city. I told her of the one I knew about in Phoebus but decided to look Google. Low and behold I find out about this business and unfortunately I have to say I pass this business every other Wednesday on my route for deliveries. I literally sit at the light facing the bakery every other Wednesday for the past two years and never knew this was a bakery. I decided to write this survey review because I would like the owner to know what the public may be experiencing. Perhaps you would like to consider investing in larger clearer (maybe black on white black lettering) signage on your business. Sorry to say your signage is very difficult to read from the road and although it looks pretty up close it doesn't pop enough to be seen from farther away I guarantee you your business will boom even more than...

Sinful Treats was recommended to me by a friend for my wedding. From the very first email, the staff has been so nice, responsive and helpful in the entire process. They offer many different flavors and options of wedding cakes and cupcakes (as well as many other goodies, even for your pup, if you are not looking for wedding services) at a very reasonable price point. They delivered the cake and cupcakes to the venue and set it all up so there was nothing for us to worry about. We only had to set up the table and set the décor on the table and they did the rest.
