I only put 1 star because I cannot mark 0 stars. I took my wife to the Hampton Vancosta's location on 2/13/2021 for Valentine's Day. I have been patronizing this establishment my whole life. To my dismay, we both ordered the prime rib dinner. Expecting a delicious dinner, I was taken aback by the grey slab of cold meat presented to my wife and I. After telling the waitress Sierra, she says "Oh I'll take care of that" only to return the plates back 2 minutes later after microwaving them to the moon and back. The restaurant must not purchase any seasonings including salt and pepper because it had virtually no taste. Just a dry grey piece of unflavored meat. My wife's mashed potatoes were clearly instant potatoes, my broccoli was 100% from frozen (not even cooked halfway). We both ordered collard greens only to find they did not rinse or add any flavor enhancers leaving it tasting like dirt sitting in its own dirty water. The kicker was Sierra and the manager knew the meal was atrocious and they still charged full price with a smile. Our valentine's dinner ruined. We sit in the car for all of 5 minutes then without a warning we start puking our guts out in the parking lot. The meat did not look 100% right and hindsight tells me it was more than likely rancid. I overheard another customer complain of small green roaches all over their table as well. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT AND BECOME SICK. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S...
