Vito's Pizza & Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Hampton

I figured id try them out. They put a menu in my.mailbox yesterday. I verified the prices and how much total before i got off the phone.

When they arrived the delivery charge was 33% more. I was told cause minimum wage went up. Well that occurred almost 2 months ago. They said they didnt wanna increase the food price so they increased the delivery price.

I didnt realize they charged me 23% more for a sandwhich until they left.

I called and they were going to credit me a 50 cent difference on the sandwhich but it was 75 cents. Plus tax. When i pointed that out they refused to give me any amount saying prices are subject to change. And the menu was old. Menu was not old. I got it yesterday. The pizza i ordered was still the same price.

If they are willing to do such a obvious bait and switch after i already confirmed the prices over the phone while ordering, what other corners are they cutting? They raised the food price and delivery charge.

They obviously got my name and address right on the receipt.

The food wasnt even that good. I recommend you avoid. F+

We were visiting from out of state. My son suggested Vito’s for pizza. So I called to order. The guy on the phone was having an extremely hard time taking my order which was a large meat lovers, large pepperoni, large chef salad, and 20 mild wings. I was patient, but after repeating myself about 5 times, a lady took over on the phone and apologized. I then repeated the same order. Then the total was $37 and change, which I felt was extremely cheap for the order. I gave her my card over the phone and let them know my son was picking it up. When he got there they gave him the receipt and only gave him the two pizzas. No salad or wings. My son checked the receipt and saw just the two pizzas. So he left. I wasn’t happy but we went with it since I was only supposed to be charged $37 and change according to the lady on the phone. Well, I looked on my card statement and found I was charged $77.69 for two pizzas. Never got the large chef salad or the 20 mild wings. We visit occasionally because my son is in the military. Not only will I never order from this place again, but I will make sure military families will know of...

If I could give them zero stars I would. I decided to try this local restaurant because my family used to be regulars here many moons ago. Ordered food from them for my daughter’s birthday and sent my sister to go get the food. When she got there the cashier Francis, was not welcoming whatsoever per my sister. My sister asked Francis before she left the establishment was everything in the bag considering we had three seperate orders. Francis said yes. My sister got home and all of my meal was missing. I called up to Vito’s and informed Francis of my missing meals and she said they’d deliver them. I went to give Francis our address and was giving her additional instruction on land markers near our home to assist her in finding us and she replied “I don’t need that I have my gps (with a very nasty attitude).” Well, after just about an hour had passed I decided to call to the restaurant. Francis answers and says she couldn’t find our home (nasty attitude again). Well if she hadn’t have gotten nasty with me she would have known how to get there.
