As a former employee I wouldn’t recommend eating from here or their neighboring business Grill stop. They don’t have much of a sanitation policy when it comes to disinfecting the containers or kitchen sink that it’s use to marinade the chicken. I would try to at least clean them with soap and a good scrub but I was told that just give it a rinse it’s faster.
I noticed a bug problem as well in the production area and a few mouse droppings when I was cleaning the stock room. I’m new to St. Louis and still don’t fully know my way around. I formerly work in catering back home and the reason I left this place is because I felt it was a step down from my previous work experience.
Their customer service is also questionable, I always found it uncomfortable that they just simple argue with customers instead of actually resolve the problem.

(UPDATE)12/1/2021.So I just ordered and my gizzards are very hard and dried out on the inside.the crust taste kinda burnt too.I called them to ask how long are they cooking them and how long are they waiting before they throw them out.So the boy on the phone said that they only cook them about 5 minutes,then that's when I said well the meat must be old then,so he said that they had just got some new one's and that he was gonna taste them, would that help I don't know! Also my Catfish fillets where rubbery and didn't taste like Catfish. Read moreWorst service I've ever had. I called in a 35 dollar order and was told it would be 15 minutes. I then arrived 20 to 25 minutes later and the woman in the front told me they ran out of food for my order, then the male in the back said they could make it. It took an additional 10 to 15 minutes for my food to be made with rude comments and I was asked if I already paid when they printed my receipt 10 minutes before. These people are rude and have no customer service this is coming from a working African American man who has given them plenty of business before.
