I just wanted to let you know, you have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. My family and I can't in Friday evening and it was horrible. We had had a long day at the hospital visiting my grandmother who was recovering from a stroke. We we're tried stressed and hungry. First your hostess grabbed menus and just walked away without speaking to us. She stopped at a table and just stared at us. I had to ask if she wanted us at that table. Then we wanted tea, but were told they were not making anymore because they closed in an hour. We had 7 people and could have drank a whole pitcher. Then half of the table wanted the catfish special, but they were also out. So we settled with the other special, the stuffed turkey sandwich. After about 20 minutes the food was coming out and half the table was told that oh they are OUT of the turkey! So while half of us are the others waited on something else. One customer at our table only ordered a chicken salad, and was the last to get her food due to running out of the chicken that goes on top of the salad. This is so unacceptable, and horrible service. There was a major who went to another table and talked to them but no one other than our waitress apologized. There were 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. I really do not know how you stay...

Let me start by saying that I do really like the food served here but during my recent visit to this restaurant was a disaster I asked for and received a sample of their French onion soup I decided not to order the soup when my bill arrived I was charged for a cup of soup so I told the waitress she stated very loud that I had had a cup of soup I explained to her that I had a sample she insisted that I was lying and made me track down the employee that gave me the sample once it was established that I hadn’t had a cup they were taking it off I stated that that was very rude that I come to this restaurant a lot and to be treated like that was wrong I was told well u only tipped her a 1.25 last time u were here I said that shouldn’t determine the type of service I receive he said that it does there well I asked to speak to the owner and they both came and very rudely told me to leave wouldn’t listen to my complaint told me not to say another word or he would call the police I said for trying to...

I first wanted to say that when I was trying to ask about what's on the menu, the waitress said i'm not gonna wait for you to figure this out, and she left, which I thought was rude. I ordered the turkey club, $12.50 it clearly said that if you didn't want fry's they would subtract $2 from the price and below that it says you can add a side salad for $1 dollar. So I didn't get fries and added a sides salad. If you know math that would end up being only $11.50. When I got my bill it was $12.50. When I went to pay, the old man checking me out said I have to get the waitress, she said, well if you read it that way, You read it wrong. I said that's exactly what it says and she said well you read it wrong. They ended up giving me the discount. And then at the end, the old man said. Well, there you go, you Just gotta free two dollars. I told him no I didn't I just paid you fifteen. Anyway I will never go back there the food was crap and the waitress was even worse. Don't waste your time, eat...

1st time visiting here and came because we have always heard the food was good. First impression was how the resturant interior needs updated. We were quickly seated by the hostess, who could have been a bit nicer, at a small round table with 5 people in my family. Seemed a bit small but dealt with it anyways. Restaurant was crowded with elders and a few younger familes. Food took ATLEAST 35 min to come after we ordered. Fried chicken was VERY good. Crunchy outside, moist inside! 2 in my family ordered the "Horseshoe Skillet" for $9.95 and it should have been called a ponyshoe as it had 1 piece of bread and 1 burger. Neither people got full from them. Everyone else enjoyed their food for the most part and our waitress was exceptionally nice! This unfortunately wont be an option for my family again as the portion sizes were small for the price.

I arrived at 9:30 a.m. hungry for breakfast, and found just a few spots still empty. Service was so fast, I lost count on how many cups of coffee I had, because it was constantly being filled to the top. Every staff member moved quickly with purpose and a smile. On the farmer's breakfast: Creamiest smooth sausage gravy on a perfect light and fluffy Midwest biscuit. And the over-medium eggs cooked to perfection. I've had gravy that was more flavor loaded, but that balance of heavy fat flavor to light less calories might be all personal preference. Atmosphere was like they say on their shirts, 'Nothin' fancy just good.' Every passing gentleman that looked me in the eye as we exchanged that hat and head tip of greeting made me feel like I was encountering the backbone of Hannibal in true salt of the earth style.

This is a nice family restaurant. Open 7-2 daily. They serve breakfast all day. Our server was efficient and helpful. We arrived too close to closing (1:20 pm) to get the fried chicken. She said it takes 20 minutes to cook. It's good to know they make it to order. I had the open faced roast beef sandwich with brown gravy and potatoes. It was just what I expected. The roast was tender and delish. It comes with cole slaw and no substitutions. That's okay. The coleslaw was AMAZING! We both thought it was the best thing on the table. My wife had eggs, a biscuit, hash browns and gravy. She could finish it all. The gravy was good. She thought the biscuit was a bit too sweet. I did not. We would be happy to return to Logue's and we will.
