The fraps are pretty good...for around here...and that’s not saying much. Though I wasn’t pleased to find out they don’t actually use espresso in their blended drinks...kinda defeats the purpose...The food.....ewwwww I had a grilled cheese, it was on the level with military cheese sandwiches...which are just as inedible as mimis was. Absolute insult to grilled cheese which is something I probably mastered around ten years old, no excuse for why theirs was just nasty undercooked solid cheese, untoasted cheap bread just no I won’t even try their other food after that. Owner needs to spend more time working and training, less time marketing. Asked for an extra HOT latte, they said they could do it. It was hardly even warm when I got it. Certainly not hot, let alone extra hot. It’s like this every season. Promises promises. Baby bottle warm lattes. :/

Who trains these baristas? Because I’ve heard of similar experiences where simple requests are rarely fulfilled + ignorance of basic drink preparation.

Cupcake was from a previous trip. So, even the baked goods aren’t safe.
