One bad experience can sour you to a business. Well I had that night this evening. I drove through and ordered two cones and two blizzards. I told them twice what I wanted and the person who took my order asked me a 3rd time to make sure they got the order correct. I pay and drive home. When I get home I realize that the two cones were wrong. Got in the car and drove back. I returned the cones and got the correct ones. I then ordered a new item. I reached out to pay for the item and they told me there would be no charge for the new item and before giving it to me told me that I had to pay for it but that the cones were free. They were not free. I paid for them. Finally when I got back home i take the lid off of my blizzard and guess what. They got that part of the order wrong as well.
