Neighborhood Chinese Restaurant that does not accept any type of debit/credit card in this day & age. Ordered Chicken Wings with House Special fried rice. Unfortunately you aren’t given what you pay for. I ordered shrimp lo mein but all I got was mostly lo mein. When I asked about it , the manager/owner as he introduced himself, was very combative. I don’t mind paying for a meal even if the price is high, just give me what I ordered. When you buy chicken and broccoli mostly what is given is broccoli. Stop cheating folks and do the right thing.
