Spanky's — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I didn't order any food when I recently visited Spanky's - a bar and grill located in a small strip mall located at 15213 101st Ave. in Dyer, Indiana. I had a few drinks, served by the very kind bartenders, and really enjoyed the live music with my friends and family! You can smoke in the bar, but it is pretty well venhilated, according to my non-smoking friends. There is a decent sized stage, plenty of space to sit at at the bar or at the tables in front of the stage, and there wasn't a wait for the bathrooms. There were three stalls available in the ladies room, which were clean, and it was nice not having to wait! Prices for the drinks were very reasonable. If music isn't your thing, there were plenty of TV's to watch - showing the news, gameshows, and sports games. I had an awesome time, they had amazing musicians, and I look forward to...

Should add karaoke! And have a smoking area and non-smoking area! Like behind the bar plenty of room to smoke outside and set up tents/picnic tables where their is a lovely view of the forest small lake can add bird feeders watch and enjoy nature and feel a sense of peace! GREAT COOK deserves more attention in her hard work slaving over a hot kitchen no air and in super hot days even! If i wasnt disabled with no income id tip her very well she deserves it! Prices for food and beverages are the most reasonable around. If thin crust pizza is your thing? Delicious! The service is lacking. Not the fault of the servers but rather they need more servers. A lot of times the place is packed and only one server 😐 No way a single server could ever keep up. The server is always running 100% just to many people for one person to take care of...
