Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Hanover

I had a decent experience I delivered doordash to this particular one and I usually get stuff on there some experiences are definitely very but for me, I asked for specialty shake and I asked him to a cream now usually most places forget that part that's fine so I just reminded the lady that I needed with cream on it cuz I purchase it so the lady gave it to the lady in the back and then the lady in the back gave me a dirty look as if I wasn't supposed to get that or if I'm lying about adding whipped cream so I found it a little bit deterring that I have to remind them of what I ordered and then they want to give me a dirty look about it so customer experience is kind of nice but staff members sometimes look at you wrong for certain things that you border and I've noticed that a few times it's not the first but not everybody does that I'm just saying but there I'm usually afraid to order some of my favorite items because of the lack of ... Regardless having to remind them about what's included in the order and then being skeptical and ordering something things because it either could not be made right or you'll get a dirty look for is not a good thing but I definitely enjoy going here as it's very busy and most often friendly definitely a good spot don't get me wrong the food there is amazing the staff members are great just sometimes it's like...

We placed an order with door dash and didn’t receive part of it. I wasn’t the dashers fault DQ didn’t pack up all the food. I did contact the dasher he said he was given a hard time at the store from the kids working there. When these kids are rude to that dasher who represents me, a customer that paid a lot of money to get your food. They are being rude to me the customer. I did contact the store to speak to a manager. He seemed young but had really amazing customer service skills(that is the only reason I gave this many stars). Although he couldn’t bring me the missing part of my order I liked how he was going to use this situation as an opportunity to educate the staff about packaging orders correctly with door dash items, people pay alot of money for that service. And treating the dashers with some respect as they are standing there getting my order for me. If my order went in 10 minutes ago it is just as important as the one who is putting an order in in front of you. I’m not happy paying for something I didn’t get but the manager on was a nice guy that did a great job at defusing a customer service issue. Let’s start off with the line was incredibly long. There was a lot of people here so I give them a break on that but I told them no mayo. They still did no mayo on my other sandwich. I said plain they put ketchup on it thank God I’m not allergic to anything the person at the window. I felt like she was just rushing me to get to the next person when this is the first time I’ve ever been at Dairy Queen and my first impression is that I’m never coming back. The food is disgusting. The fries seem like they’re not even cooked all the way like somebody was rushing. The only thing that they got right was a Coca-Cola soda and a red cherry slushy chicken tenders taste really dry seem like they’ve been sitting. Horrible, horrible horrible Dan don’t waste your money here

Just to add the red stuff on my sandwich is literally the sold called tomato that they put on my sandwich smashed soggy horrible waste of money

PS I did call the store and they did void the whole entire transaction but I did try to explain to them that they need to take the time to do what they’re doing doing individually because just pouring that much ketchup in that much mayo on a sandwich...
