McDonald's — Restaurant in Hanover

I have been going through the drive through for a while I live in Hanover so it's convenient especially for breakfast and lunch when you don't have time to cook and most the workers know me and I order the same thing McGriddle sausage egg cheese add bacon I've Never 👎 gotten anything else different unless my wife wants something added to my order I go to the drive through tell them what I want and I don't have my glasses and the screen appears the same and my hearing isn't the best but sounded like the same too but I get down the road and it's a bagel and I can't even eat a bagel I don't have any teeth so it makes it impossible the one lady I called was nice polite said that they would replace it I get there and the manager Ginger was Rude and Mean and Hateful and said I ordered it to get free food lol 😂 said it happened a lot with me and I said I do come through here a lot and spend a lot of money but if I pay for something I do want it right especially if I pay for it and it's not put in my bag accidentally but to bash me like I'm trying to get something free when I come through there All the time and Spend a Lot of Money and your Treatment towards me Ginger is Cruel Mean and Unprofessional and this Customer will Not Spend another dollar in your restaurant Never 👎 Again!!! Let's see how much money you lose on this bad business move on...

I tried to order their new spicy tenders, but they lied and said they were "all out." From there, I tried to order a frappe, and they claimed their frappe machine was broken. Once I was finally able to get an item off the menu, the food was unsanitary and likely very old. This branch is utterly indifferent to its customers and therefore negligent in fulfilling its role as a fast food establishment. I've also spoken to someone who used to work here, and they claimed that most of the food prep was unsanitary, that a select few of the employees purposefully gave out old burgers to customers with whom they wanted to be petty, and that management regarding food quality was sloppy as well. The Mcdonald's in Jeffersonville, IN, serves burgers, like any other of its normal twins; the one here serves what's essentially slime patties...

I'm very disappointed I went there to get me my husband and and all my kids food tonight and wile I was there the milkshakes were in stock well while I was at the kiosk putting in my order getting my kids' milkshake orders. The manager Taylor went to the computer and put out of stock on all milkshakes and ice cream so me and my children left and I called the Madison McDonald's and asked if their machine was going to be up and running seven children to get milkshakes or ice cream not for nothing but if I am a customer that is coming in your restaurant and spending damn near $100 to feed my entire family and give you my money you would think that you wouldnt do that just because you and your teenage employees didn't feel like making milkshakes or ice cream for children that McDonald's will no longer...
