I booked a brunch here for a baby shower and had a confirmed agreement with the event coordinator several months ago. Guest list was streamlined due to covid restrictions. As the time got closer I was informed that we would be moved from one room to another. I was ok with that as we had a small guest list but I was told that now it's just breakfast and not brunch. Same price. I agreed to this because we were dealing with covid still and I had no other choice. I didn't want to risk having people inside my home. Then then 5 days before my event the covid restrictions lifted and I received another phone call from the event person and was told that she would move our event to the dining room booths with no tablecloths. Add to it that she now offered to provide "a simple breakfast like scrambled eggs and bacon." So basically because we initially couldn't book a big crowd due to covid and then the restrictions were lifted they weren't going to make enough money to make it worth having our event. And it wouldn't have been proper to invite more people at the last minute. They were not going to do a breakfast for 15 people. I stated that I would need a couple of hours to think about it. When I called back to let her know that I wasn't pleased with this downscaling of my original booking agreement the event person said, " I knew you were going to do this." I said, "Do what? What did you do to me." Why wouldn't I diasagree with the removal of the original agreement and menu...twice? So she was slowly pushing me out and left me hanging with a measly scrambled eggs and bacon meal 5 days before a very special event. We've eaten here and ordered take out many times and we always loved the food and service but after this I am very disappointed. The lack of professionalism and respect was a complete surprise. A restaurant that strives to keep a reputable business reputation would not do this. Fortunately, we were able to hire a caterer last minute (Roche Bros). We had the event outside at our home and it was less than half the price with a beautiful menu of delicious food that was piping hot for less than half the price. Roche Bros. catering came through for us in a big way. Waffles and real maple syrup, omelets, home fries, pastries, muffins, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit bowl were all delivered on time and with help setting it all up on the tables and the staff was very pleasant to work with. Beautiful and...

Debbie is a life savor, was amazing to work with, and I will definitely have my next celebration there !! I reached out to Debbie on a Saturday, 7 days before my Mother's planned Celebration of Life (because we had out grown the venue we were booked to use - a testament to our Mother). As you could imagine I was stressed, my Mother was a bit of a perfectionist, and all our friends & family were attending. Although I was stressed she had the function hall available and reassured me they could make it all happen! I walked away knowing that we were in good hands. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I knew if anyone could pull this off it would be Meadow Brook with Debbie leading her team (yes, her team was as amazing as she was!). The room was beautiful (decorated in blue Mom's favorite color), the food was amazing, the staff was attentive all to a group of strangers ages 90 - 2yrs old who were feeling the loss of their Matriarch. The big TV showed pictures throughout the Celebration of Life, the food kept coming, as well as all the great memories of our Mother. I can honestly say that I have never been treated with so much kindness during a time of sadness by someone who wasn't family... Debbie and her team at Meadow Brook are definitely family to all...

First night open in the patio we made reservations for dinner. Understandably this was their first night with customers, but I was so aggravated!!!! We waited 15 minutes for waitress to take our drink order, 10 more minutes before she came back with drinks, then she told us we had to look the menu up on line. 10 minutes more she came back with specials. Then we waited again to place dinner order and asked for another round of drinks. Sitting in sun for 15 more minutes before we got our drinks then finally our appetizer 5 mins later. Waited 20 more mins for dinner to come and another 10 for another round of drinks. At least 20 minutes again before she came back to see if we needed boxes or dessert. Had a coffee drink and waited for check. She was no where to be seen so I went to ask for check from hostess. When she finally came with check she informed us they had to tell other people they could not sit because we had sat for too long!! She had a food runner with six tables!!!! Three other employees standing around chatting while all we did was sit waiting for everything!! I was a manager in a busy restaurant and I’ll tell you that was horrendous service and so rude to say we took to long to eat when they made us wait for everything. Done...

Mozzarella Triangles: First, I have to say I LOVE mozzarella sticks and mozzarella in general. They had such an off taste, and were very undercooked. I’m happy I got them taken off the bill. 🙏🏼 Cheese Pizza: Good, but I read in the menu it’s their homemade pizza dough. This was NOT pizza dough and was pita bread! It had lines in it like it was made in a panini maker. Very upsetting. I also read this in another review as of recently. Penne with Vodka Sauce: Was my fiancés meal and he said it was great so he took some leftovers home. Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Looked great and chips were great! Pita chips were overcooked and dip was great. Seating: Where we sat was great, but the first table right when you walk in and all the waitress talk at the host station RIGHT in front of us. Waitress: Ali M. She was great, made us feel comfortable and she’s sweet. Towards the end when I asked her to take the mozzarella off the bill, she came back with the check and didn’t even say anything. We were thinking of ordering dessert, but we couldn’t because she didn’t even ask and just handed us the receipt.

We haven’t been here since during Covid and thought we’d give it another try. Went on Sat about 5 and sat at bar. Only a few other couples there. I ordered pumpkin ravioli which was definitely too expensive at $29! Was terrible! No flavor and all the ravioli wasn’t even covered with the flavorless sauce. Chicken was very bland and greasy tasting. Husband’s turkey dinner had stone cold stuffing and was very salty. Bartender who wasn’t very attentive and appeared to be not very busy, didn’t even come over to ask us how our dinner was. When she came over to ask if we wanted boxes, no comment about the large portion that was being thrown away. She clearly did not care as we are aware she was told by another waitress who we knew from us coming there often a few years back that we weren’t happy. We’re normally leave pretty good tips but nope not this time! Even the 15% we left her was too much imo. Won’t be back.

Mediocre at best! The food was below average, service was okay, our waitress was quick but no no personality and did not engage with us socially. She gave the impression that she did not want to be there. There were several private events going on in their function rooms, but the dining room and bar area had plenty of available tables. Reservations are not needed for this place. The prices were reasonable, not exaggerated in anyway there is plenty of parking and is handicap assessable. This place is definitely dated and needs to come into our century. It reminds me of the old Bella’s in Rockland, it needs a complete overhaul incuding the food, menus and atmosphere. The food orders were plentiful, but had no flavor whatsoever. I think quantity wins over quality!
