FETCH BBQ and Catering Company — Restaurant in Marshfield

Using Fetch for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We first got the idea when we tried Fetch BBQ at a friends’ party- it was delicious! We looked at each other and said, “We should have this amazing food at our wedding!” That week we received a bunch of quotes from wedding catering companies and they were very expensive. We were considering the cheapest of the caterers, questioning whether or not the food would be good. Food is so important to us- we really didn’t want to change it with a low end caterer. Fetch was perfect because it was high-quality, high-quantity, reasonably priced (the price wasn’t inflated simply because it was a wedding), AND the food was DELICIOUS! When we decided to use Fetch, we totally elevated our wedding up a notch. In addition to the food that speaks for itself, Dan and Josie were amazing to work with. Right from the start, they gave us all the details and information and worked with us to create a menu that fit our budget. We had several phone calls and emails back and forth about different options. They were very helpful, thorough, and professional. Once we decided on the menu, we went in to try the specific food we chose. We weren’t expecting a typical catering tasting event, because this wasn’t a typical wedding caterer, but Dan and Josie made it extra special for us! They set up a table for us, and brought us everything to try, artfully arranged! We were so surprised and had a blast tasting everything! Once we got closer to the wedding date, Josie and San helped us finalize all the details. And on the day of the wedding, the food was everything we hoped for. Most people warned us that we wouldn’t have time to eat much at our own wedding- but that wasn’t true for us- we both had a huge plate- and it was all just as delicious as all the other times we had it! Everyone raved about the food! Fetch worked perfectly for us! And it was also wonderful to get to know Dan and Josie- they are awesome people! I will say we did have to do a few extra things to make it work, since Fetch isn’t a typical wedding catering company. One is that they don’t deliver or serve the food. We had a wedding coordinator, so she and her team picked up the food and served it. Another is we had to rent plates, silverware, chafing dishes, etc. ourselves. And we had an outdoor wedding at a campground, so no one was expecting super fancy. Our friends and family were super excited about the BBQ food! Even though we had to do a little extra organizing, it was totally worth it! Fav foods: pulled pork, pulled chicken, Mac and cheese, and pork belly burnt ends! We wholeheartedly recommend Fetch for your wedding, any other event, or just a delicious lunch or dinner (my husband also used them for his bachelor party)!! The fact that Dan and Josie are great people makes this place even better!! We will definitely be forever...

Went out for a Sunday drive and happened across Fetch BBQ. We're not in the immediate Marshfield area so didn't know it was there. Stopping in on the way back from the place was probably one of the better decisions I have made all week, and maybe all of January. I ordered a 2 meats 2 sides - brisket and ribs - and cornbread and potato salad as sides. The brisket was good and was so tender that if you looked at it with a harsh glance it 'd fall apart. The ribs were delightfully crisped up and caramelized as a good rib should be, but the meat was falling off the bone. The perfect crossroads of firm and tender. I tried all 3 sauces to see which I might like best (because every place does their sauces differently) and all were tasty. Cornbread was moist and delicious and the honey butter set it off really well. The potato salad was made zingy by a mustard/mayo seasoning to the sauce. I mention that only because I know that's not to everyone's taste but it suited me down to the ground. I also tried a slice of the candied bacon. I probaby should have had that as soon as I got into the car and before driving home. It was really good even after a 30 minute drive home, and I can only imagine how good it would have been hot. This place is LEGIT! You can smell the amazing aroma of smoked meats before you even get inside. I got the combo plate with pulled pork & brisket, mac & cheese and collard greens. Their give you a small piece of cornbread with the meal too! The meats were tender and juicy, served naked so you can add one or a bunch of their awesome sauces. I'm picky about mac & cheese and theirs is creamy perfection with just the right amount of salt. The greens were tender and flavorful with just a hint of sweetness. Sooo good! The staff are super friendly as well. This is a take out only joint, so drive the mile down to the beach and sit on the seawall while you enjoy, and you WILL enjoy!
