Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Harahan

Just got off the phone, it's 1:45pm on a Monday, with the RUDE employee, Dominic(male)spelling???... I had been trying to place an order for over 20min via the webpage. Maybe bcz it's a new hotel, but it wouldn't take the Candlewood Suites 3079 HWY 90 Avondale, LA 70094 address. I called, and as I started speaking, I was RUDELY interrupted by this man at the Harahan, LA store. I just wanted to let him know about the web, & then I wanted to place an order. He RUDELY, & FORCEFULLY let me know, "THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ONLINE", it's NOT WHAT he said, it's HOW he said it. Our Papa John's pizza in Boutte is temporarily closed due to Ida so we went to the one on Jefferson Highway in Harahan, a bit farther from us but gotta have Papa John's!Ordered online, got there and paid....a little glitch with my order but it was taken care of and I went to wait in my car. They brought out our pizza and as an apology for the glitch, they gave us a brownie! ☺️💜 Needless to say, we will be going back to them for our pizza needs!!! For my first time ever eating papa john pizza, i saw this add on tv and said im going to try it. Well i went in to order the large thin crust pepperoni, i told the girl i wanted the same pizza they were advertising. When i got home i got a large cheese pizza. And i call and i was told to come back and get another pizza. I said i couldn't come back ill pick it up tomorrow. I didn't have a vehicle to go get it. And they didn't offer to bring it to me.
