Tasty Cream Donuts — Restaurant in Harahan

Took my order and payment for Christmas morning for 19 dozen doughnuts and then supposedly changed owners and now they will be closed on the day I was to pick up. The person who claims to have owned the shop on the date of purchase is telling me I got swindled by a ANOTHER former owner. He claims the person who took my order had her number still on google and she pretended to still be associated with the shop. I literally heard her working the counter at the restaurant and could hear customers talking. I specifically asked if this was the harahan location and she said yes. I hope the credit card company...

Ventured out with the kids on a Saturday morning to sample the kolaches. It looked just like the classic donut shop from my childhood. Kids got chocolate glazed donuts with marshmallows which they devoured . I got the bacon breakfast burrito (really more of a breakfast taco but still enjoyed). Tried the original, boudin and the bacon kolaches. They were big and delicious. Will definitely be going back out there.

Also negative reviews seem to be regarding the previous ownership group. Lady running the shop today could not...

We and my hubby first time here. Thanks Sam for your awesome customer service, and these tasty melt in ya mouth donuts. When I say, melt in my mouth omgggg!
