Hardee's

This place is absolutely not a professional acting bunch of people. We used our coupons on our phone and because they didn't know anything at all about there own systems and loyalty program, we lost our coupons and didn't get to use them and had to pay full price for our food. Very un professional and the manager was even worse due to the employee asking how to fix it, she then kept walking and ignored the whole thing and said they have to have the coupon and I don't know anything about the app so I don't know. Wouldn't even help the employees at all even with her telling her that she accidentally voided it off and then couldn't get it back on there. So due to all the un professional acting people we didn't get to use any of our coupons at all and had to pay full price for all of our food and we had multiple orders cause we was getting our order and my father's order so we lost out on all of our orders multiple times so honestly if you don't know how to use the app yourself, LEARN FAST! if you plan on using it cause they are not going to help at all! There was I one girl that actually tried to help me once and it was a Lil girl that was working up front in the morning am shift and had dark hair she may have been younger and her personality was good she worked hard and felt so bad that not even the manager would help us so she even looked on her app to see if she had some of the free stuff and coupons we had and she didn't but even when she asked for help everyone was ever rude to her they wouldn't help her either and just acted so immature and very unprofessional. There is no way that it could ever work in an atmosphere like that I feel bad for the Lil younger girl that has to deal with co workers that act like that. And she is younger then them and acted 20 years older then the manager and her friends she is teamed up with there at work! Yall really need to do better and more professional, if it wasn't for us liking breakfast food there we wouldn't ever go back there again and I recommend if u can do without going do so! Save urself the aggravation cause it will definitely be alot to deal with and the rudeness is at an all time high and if it was just one time this had happen maybe I'd let it go but this is multiple like 6or 7 times in the last couple months we are usually there at least once a week but we are definitely looking for other...

This was my first time trying this product at a Hardees location. It will also be my last. I ordered a crunchy taco and a chicken bowl and a medium soft drink, it cost me $7.62 and a feeling or pure regret. First the taco. Flavorless and grease filled. I can do better at home with an Ortega taco kit. At least that way I won't get as much grease. But then again that may have been the only reason it had any taste to it at all. Next, the chicken bowl... Or should I say rice cup. The chicken had the consistency of prechewed bubble gum and no flavor what so ever. The bowl was actually more along the size of a cup and a half to two cup portion size. Lord knows they jammed it full of a cup and a half of rice, with a dollop of sour cream and a remashed bean substance. I never seen anything that resembled a bean. Again, no flavor at all. So I made use of the three packs of generic and overly acidic "plants sauce". My advice, skip this menu altogether. Hardees is an exceptional franchise that always delivers quality, freshness and excellent choices.( Not to mention I have never left a Hardees hungry, before today). Okay Hardee's, I am not a personal fan of Red Burrito. But for what they are it is good that's just a personal opinion on that. Hardee's on the other hand, dollar-for-dollar on quality for their hamburgers cannot be beat in another fast food restaurant. The two double cheeseburgers $5 big bag lunch is probably the best deal going beating out everyone. But if you want a real treat. If you want to see what has made Hardee's famous in this town. Join them for breakfast. If you're not a local please be advised all of us are aware and more than willing to deal with it. If you go to Hardee's for breakfast do not be upset if you have to wait.
