Goozman's Westside Lounge — Restaurant in Harlan

We ended up here because of a motorcycle poker run. The place was hard to find at first because it lacks outdoor signs, there’s literally nothing to tell you where it is. We go in , and order food because we are all starving. We were second in line to order food. 35 mins into it, they bring us the wrong food. Then the kid who took our order comes out and asks us who is missing what . 4 of us didn’t have our food yet. 45 mins into I walk back to the kitchen and ask where our food is. The guy tells us they’re busy and there’s a lot of orders. At this point sure they could have a lot of orders. But..we arrived when the place was dead , and one person had ordered in front of us. There was literally 5 ppl in the bar. So our order should not have been effected by the rush that came in 25 mins later. So 50 mins into it we get our chicken phillys. It was chicken breast cut into thick slices. It was not shredded or diced up as most places would have done. The fries were under cooked and slightly above room temp. They were under cooked to the point that a couple of them were kinda solid. We ate what we could and left. On the way out other bikers there were expierencing the long wait as well. We told them good luck. A couple were just considering leaving and getting their money back. The places was clean I’ll give them that. But service sucked and the food was terrible. We wouldn’t go back again if...

I went to the restaurant side with my boyfriend. It was our first time there, we didn’t know you had to walk to the other end of the restaurant to place your order. The waitress walked past us multiple times, like we weren’t even there. We asked another person eating there how this works. We finally made it back to order and my boyfriend asked if they had a menu. The waitress tapped it with her pen and gave an annoyed look. We were looking it over and the waitress was tapping her pen on the table until we ordered. I don’t think I saw the waitress smiled at all during the whole time we were there. We really felt like an inconvenience....We will not...

Friendly place to hang you hat and shoot some pool. Got ice cold beer, and a large variety of mixed drinks. There's pool, bumper pool, foosball, darts, nice jukebox and always friendly bartenders. Thursday thru Sunday you can also order up some good food, hours vary. With 35 cent chicken wings on Saturdays. I always enjoy the food, fun and conversation here, sports on the TV's and a good ol'cheeseburger....
