So got drive thru the other night (double butter burger deluxe with fries and a double butter burger with cheese onion ketchup and light male with cheese curds instead of fries). So get home and excited to eat after a long day at work and when we open our sandwiches the top patty was slide off the top and burnt. The bun slightly burnt. Then the cheese curds we ate a couple and had strong fish batter taste. So called and spoke to a manager and they said “oh yeah we fry our curds and fries and fish all in the same oil” I said but my son has fish allergies, they said “I suppose we should put better warnings about it, I apologize” so they said we will replace your full meal, which I am anger about cross contamination of fish with curds/fries then also angry as just got the voucher and only replaced one value meal without the curds and nothing for the other failure of a basket. Seems since they got they full parking lot redone the quality of product and ownership of the Culver’s food has left the building. Never again and good luck. Update So went and tried ordering 2 double butter burger deluxe baskets with one having fries and other having curds. The burgers where good but quite burnt outer edge and the fries were great. The “famous” cheese curds once again had a over taste of fish/cod then the actual cheese curds. Very unacceptable and thank god I don’t have a fish allergy as couldn’t eat them and tired of complaining to location. Corporate needs to come and inspect the oil in the fryers on how often is it getting cleaned/renewed and is it just a issue with staff not being trained with fryers and oil. Final burgers and fries good but stay away from curds unless your...
Read moreCulver's burgers with it's famous Wisconsin cheese are known as the best and are prepared at the time you place your order. Their burgers are not the only item on the menu at Culver's, I've gone to pickup my favorite, "concrete mixer" made with a variety of added candy-crushed or nuts and other ice cream. They have a different special of ice cream flavors for everyday of the week. Your orders are taken either inside Culver's where there is a lot of seating available or outside when the season permits, or you may order your favorites or try something new at the "drive thru". Once your order is taken, it is made at that time so your food is the freshest and the best known at Culver's. You are given a "red tent plastic number" when your order is placed inside or at the "drive thru". Once your order is complete, one of the Culver's employees will hand-deliver your order to you inside at your table or outside to your vehicle. Their fried chicken is out of this world with sides of mash potatoes, cole slaw, french fries and your other side dishes. Don't forget their Atlantic Cod dishes, they are the best for those that enjoy fish fried or baked. Please note, call ahead of time for large orders of the fried chicken, and you can pick it up at the "drive thru", or you may go inside to order more delicious food...
Read moreupdate: Thursday, July 31st, problem has not been resolved . Visited this location again , ordered a DELUXE with everything no ketchup and received smashed bun, two dry patties and ketchup. refused to give me information so I can contact owner.
friday 25 , 11 am... this location has been great in the past (other than the fizzy pop that isn't sweet) , and we go to Culver's for the service , quality and consistency. now, don't ask for extra sauce or no ketchup on your burger, because you will get a gallon of sauce and extra ketchup. this is the second time it happened within a short period. what if someone was allergic to the thing they ask to omit? I used a napkin to remove some of it (see photo) . i'm afraid of what else will happen to my food back there. I'm sad for all the other hard workers that are doing a good job. i'm beginning to think that this is a trend with Gen Z. you ask for something basic, with a reasonable expectation of customer service, and it's nothing but disdain or indifference. I hate complaining , Especially about one of my favorite restaurants . oh well, I can just go to a different one with...
