We went to the Country Vet very early Saturday morning. I left to get breakfast while my wife and dog stayed behind to hold our place in line. Heading back from South Padre we decided to give this place a shot. It's a simple restaurant with a small menu. The food was amazing! I ordered chilaquiles and a picadillo with cheese taco on the side. When the food came out, WOW! The taco was huge! It was at least 12 inches long and nice and full.
