Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Harlingen

Won't ever buy pizza at this location again! Fairly regular customer. Lousy management & service. Asked for a couple extra pizza boxes. Needed them to ship a couple of items as they were perfect size. Wouldn't even sell them to me. Dense girl just smiled and said she couldn't sell them to me. Used to have a good manager a few months back. Seems like "kids" are now in charge and running the show into the ground! The last online included crazy bread. I show up and young girl upfront said they're out of crazy bread. Wasn't at the end of the night, so not sure why they weren't making more. No excuse was given other than they were out. Not sure who's running it now but need to bring back the former manager (maybe owner). He was awesome! This location has lost my business and potential referrals! Given we live right around the corner the neighborhood nearby will know how bad this location has gone downhill! Speaks volumes the company doesn't respond to any reviews to try to resolve their less than...

Me and my spouse went in the drive thru and we were decisive on what we wanted to order there were no cars behind us and we were in line but not near the window yet, we continued to pull up and my bf told the guy to give him a minute and he closed the window with an attitude we parked in the handicap real quick since the guy took forever to come back and we got off once we got inside he told us he wasn’t able to serve us since we parked in the handicap I told him my bf can move it it’s not a problem I just wanna order real quick and he just continuously was being rude and denying us service I worked in fast food and restaurants for 5 years and never had an issue with this location but unfortunately this was a bad experience I will never go again thanks alot to the manger named...

Honestly I don’t know why they open up this place they know Fridays are their busy days. I came today 12/13/2024 to order 2 boxes of pizza and 1 stuffed bread sticks. I ordered through the drive thru window and the young lady at the window told me their was a wait but never gave me a time frame so me thinking they where gonna take about 10 to 15 mins and nope they took 40 min to give me my order while other people where getting their 4 boxes of pizza and I had ordered before them. The lady from the window literally she told they had nothing ready. I went inside after 30 min and complained. All the workers working were all young and with no manager.
