The Acme Club — Restaurant in Harmar Township

We are a 501 (c)(3) not for profit corporation in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A dog rescue. We had a fundraiser at this location. There was a miscommunication regarding Mimosas at the event. The manager made an ordeal out of the mimosas - making our rescue pay for the alcohol that was not opened at all. This unopened alcohol could have, and should have been returned- or if we had to pay for it- it should have been given to us to return. The manager also made the rescue pay for thr bartender, who was sitting during the entire event, with the exception of having 1 customer. We are trying to raise money for a good, honest cause. The demeanor of this man was to take away from our fundraiser- as much as he could. We will not be returning or recommending this location again. Very...

Nice and big event area. Could use a deep clean and more attention for or before/after events. Need more then one bartender for an event. A bartender that doesn't take shots with guest preferably. Very nice hall that can be rented. It has a dance floor, kitchen, large dining area, and the wall between the bar and hall slides away and allows the option to open up the space.
