Finally a place in town to get ice cream. Plus onion rings! Only two things that frustrate me to give only three stars. Expensive and they close far to early. $11.00+ for a large Chocolate Malt, that's barely large. I get that the economy is bad right now but their prices are so high that I barely can justify going once or twice a month for an order of onion rings and a blizzard or malt. So not happy about that. But then they close at 9:00pm. McDonald's is open till 1:00am. Taco Bell closes at midnight. Hardee's at 11:00pm and Dairy Queen at 9:00pm. Why? After a long hard hot day, a nice sundae or tasty chicken strip basket w/slushy or soda really hits the spot. Until I pull into the drive thru to find them closed. 9:00pm on a Friday? In the summer? So I say this now. As God as my witness. I will open my own Rita's water ice and set my hours of operation from 11:00am to 11:00pm. Friday thru Sunday. And until 10:00pm Monday thru Thursday. If they don't want to do business after nine then I will take those lost chances of revenue. We finally got a ice cream option here and they close early? I had to add this bit here after they responded back. I've dropped my original four star review of their service to three stars. It was the standard AI bot response to anything negative. No substance or actual quality control. How hard would it be for say oh I don't know.... The manager of the store to read and respond. Instagram I get bot AI. When I reviewed the McDonald's here in town, I got a response back just minutes later. That resulted in a phone call from management where my concerns were taken seriously. And was invited to return and give them another chance to make it up to me. I did and it was a definite improvement from my previous visit. Dairy Queen needs to step...

Update July 17, 2024. MY WIFE AND I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU today. She ordered a chocolate ice cream cone, and I ordered a Blizzard and strawberry sundae with wet walnuts. First, we were told that they didn't have wet nuts, the blizzard was of the consistency of a milk shake, and the ice cream cone was melting as they handed it to my wife. I had a previous experience here where my ice cream melted quickly. It appears that the issue persists. Maybe the ice cream machine is not cold enough to produce heavier consistency in the mix. When I order blizzards at other locations, they turn them upside down to show you that is what was advertised. Today, the blizzard was thinner than a milk shake, when I was halfway through eating it. I know that is a new location, and maybe still working out the kinks. Please fix your ice cream machine. I purchase a banana boat, and it was literally milk when I got home. (3.1 miles). They may need to look at their ice creme mixture. I've purchased from the location in Milford (4.3 miles) and didn't have...

Asked for a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions... What I received was a single patty cheeseburger with 2 pickles on it and a tiny bit of krtchup. I also asked for cheese curds instead of fries...well, indisnt get the fries, but they charged me for a regular order of curds, and I didn't even get my marinara sauce either. And I had to ask for my botled water. There was only one person in front of me, and when I pulled up to the window, I saw at least 5 people working in there. If there are at least 5 people there, why couldn't my order be correct?? And I didn't open my bag until I got home, which was upsetting. They need to make sure orders are accurate and complete before they hand it out the window.
