Pizza King — Restaurant in Harrington

I told them I wanted to dine in .It is not my fault they rang me in as a take out. I didn't know I had to stand in line and wait for me to be seated for me to get service. Because apparently there is a sighn. I didn't know they had. That they told me about after the fact. Then she was saying they are cracking down on soda .soda relly.. Which whatever thay means I thought I was dining in that is what I told them. So I go to sit down. And I had to constantly get up to ask can .I have a side salad. I got the dressing the dressing exploded. So I asked for ceasar was not good kraft ceasar nasty. So then I said I do not want another side salad. Then they gave me 2 pieces of pizza so small it was ridiculous. Then it was cold so. I went back up and said it was cold. So then they brought out two new pieces. I ate one and then they gave me a small soda never asked if I wanted a big or small. Then I drank it and I said can I have a refill. Then she said we'll since you stood at the counter and ordered she can not give me a soda refill. This is ridiculous. We can't give you refill . When this whole Time I thought I was dining in. And no one said anything to me until I asked if I can have a refill for a soda.I didn't even eat the rest of the pizza I left it there on the table. Then they thought I was supposed read the sighn. I didn't even know what the sighn says didn't know there was one. This is ridiculous. I will not be back ever!!!! Be ware. If someone says they would like to dine in then guess what . That's what it means shouldn't matter what counter or sighn there at....

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING EVEN IF YOU ORDER FOUR THINGS OR FIFTY.

Only been here TWICE and they've forgotten things with both of my orders. First was large French fries which cost 4$ and the second was honey mustard with my chicken tenders which is the only reason I ordered it. You MUST pick one to go with an order while ordering so how is it possible to forget that? How many orders of chicken tenders do they sell a day and they don't check to make sure a sauce is with every single one of them? It's mandatory. It wasn't even a big order.

Very disappointing. Mostly kids in there but still. You should check and make sure everything's right. I don't know where the manager is here but they aren't doing quality control. The cashier will pretend to check your order but they aren't actually checking. It's a ploy. The first time I went in there they said they were making sure everything was right. Well obviously they weren't. Don't be fooled by their acting. They don't want to do extra work.

Also had issues with online ordering with take out. It was paid for and they tried to tell my boyfriend it wasn't paid for and he needed to pay again. Only after making it 100% clear that it's already paid, they magically "found" the payment. Thankfully I told my boyfriend it was paid for before hand but what would have happened if I hadn't?

Don't trust these people. Ever.

This restaurant deserves no stars if I’m being honest. The customer service is horrible & every time I’ve ever ordered from here I am very disappointed in the food. Not to mention all of the staff seemed lost. I ordered my food at 6pm & didn’t receive my order correctly until an hour later and once I even ate my food I was too disgusted to eat it. I bit into a fry and a there was a hard chunck of god knows what. The Food was “ready” and I still proceeded to wait 10 minutes for crinkle fries which I know does not take long to make. As i go back into the car to check my food there was ranch on my wrap when I asked for it on the side & my cheesesteak wrap was just thrown in the box and soggy. The pk fries had NO ranch or bbq sauce at that point it is just fries with melted cheese, so I proceed to go back in and ask for everything to be made & waited almost 30 minutes additionally. I am very unsatisfied and the quality of their food has gone down through out the years & I am very disappointed and they will no longer...
