Taco Bell — Restaurant in Harrington

This place has fallen to ruin over the last few months. Back toward the front of the year, I had visited here many times and never had a single thing wrong with my orders. I was going to this location pretty often because this place was amazing, from the removal of ingredients, the added extras, special requests, food temperature and quality, fast ordering (mobile app); every single item correct, 100% of the time. I am by no means exaggerating. This used to be the best Taco Bell I'd ever been to.

After literally burning myself out on it, it had been several months since I'd been here and my first time back was a disaster. Two missing items that I turned around and went right back through the drive-thru for, only to get home and realize ALL THREE of my tacos were made incorrectly. I've placed a mobile order in the past that included two drinks. When I arrived I was handed the drinks that were literally room temperature as if made when the order was placed, instead of made upon arrival.

I went back here again very recently, and got only items without sour cream or added extras. I didn't even get a drink, fearing I'd be handed another tepid cup. One of my burritos which, mind you, has no lettuce on it to begin with, had a sliver of lettuce in it likely from cross contamination. I was also missing my 2pk of Cinnabons, which was a mistake on my end for not making absolutely sure the people making the order knew how to read.

Don't waste your time, money and patience on this place. It isn't...

Honestly, this location did not impress at all. Service was lacking, which is what it is. Not that big of a deal. A good bit of the tables needed a wipe down, the floors needed to be cleaned, the high chairs were both dirty with food crumbs and spilled drink stains, I didn’t even dare look at the bathroom just based on the dining room. My chicken quesadilla… I just don’t really understand what happened with that. Just refer to the photo. I didn’t get the receipt I requested when ordering on the kiosk. Again, no biggie but still just another nail in the complaint coffin. And there was an actual nail half-sticking out of the booth section of the tables that ripped my pants, so that was fun. The co2 was out so all the sodas were flat, and there was no ice so I couldn’t even have a cold flat soda. Maybe it was a bunch of unfortunate things all at once, or maybe this place needs some help. I’m not sure which, but I probably won’t be visiting this location...

Updated review Feb 28 2025: I'm not sure what happened to this place, but I'm mobile ordering 10 minutes before I get here and then I still end up sitting here over half and hour, this is insanely rediculous and it's getting worse.

Old review: Not sure what people are talking about with the bad reviews, either they are going to much or they've never been to the other tacobell/KFC in Delaware.

This is the best tacobell I've been to in Delaware, they actually make everything like they are suppose to instead of cheaping out and barely adding meat and or sauces. I've gone once a week since they've opened and everytime has met my expectations and I haven't had a single problem, however I go around lunch when it's a different manager then dinner time.

But so far this is the only tacobell I go to now, because they actually have flavor and even tho they are a little more expensive because they are independent and not with KFC, it seems to be...
