Carlo's Pizza Boat Town — Restaurant in Harrison Township

Your pizza and wings are delicious problem is is the help that you have. Last week I ordered the pizza wings and bread and they put it under another girl's name. My son went to get it they said no it's at another Carlos which I know people confuse that but since I live right down the street from you guys I know where to order from. My son called me back and said there's no way it's not there at the other one I said I'll call but they had put it under a girl named Renee that is not my name she was not even apologetic an actress like no big deal. Today I order and she said we don't have any kind of special like that which is the same thing that I ordered last week and she said no it's at the other Carlos I said listen I order this from you last weekend but you didn't know where it was. Finally the girl said oh I have a special with Pizza Wings and bread I told her that's what I want. This is not been the first time or second time that I have called up there extremely rude girls. There is a mail that answer the phone one time and he was great he was friendly I don't know what you got going up there but you better take the classes for etiquette. Went there, food was good but the woman who answered the phone was rude. She rushed me off the phone and even hinted that "across the street they have it tho" (2 days ago, I did choose Hungry Howies, I remembered her advice)

When I went to get my order, I smelled alcohol and the guy from the back ignored me when I nodded and said hi. I honestly thought that I did something wrong but the other woman looked sad and depressed so could tell it was just a negative work environment and immediately felt srry for all 3.

If it's "hard to find good help" as you said in an above reply, than treat your employees like you care? Most employers treat their employees like they do not care and almost never give raises, never acknowledge their employees good work while ignoring thier negative work enivorment and then tell us that they cannot find anyone "good enough" to make...

I have been eating Carlos Pizza for well over a decade. Been a while, but made the trip in today and decided to go for it. Typically it is a great experience, today was subpar. Went to pay with a credit card and was told it was $1.50 up charge. No biggie, but was never the case before. Then when my card was brought back, she brings out a cup of garlic butter and cheese and tells us that they forgot to do it inside. We got the everything crust and it seems to have been missing the cajun on the crust as well. Pizza didn't seem to rise as normal, just all around not the best experience today. I will go back again, with the hopes it was just an off day, but definitely not what I have come to expect from...
