Horrible experience I've been coming here for over 20 years and this will be my last time I explained my order to the person over the phone three times and he confirmed but not after I was given an attitude the entire time I had a similar experience with the same gentleman before so I knew something was up after I placed the order
An hour and a half goes by and my order is not delivered yet I called back to check the status more attitude from the same guy delivery driver finally shows up with the wrong order very nice guy says I will have them comp you I said hold on I still need my order he says he will tell them to get the order out for me The only problem with that is it's going to take another hour and a half to get the order so I offer to go up there and pick up my order Manager doesn't seem to really care much about anything I get there place the order and now it's another hour later on top of a horrible day that I was already having this made things worse
I had people at my house I was entertaining I had to leave and deal with this debacle I was still charged for the pizza they gave me a discount but no one seemed sincere about anything going on besides the two delivery drivers The one delivery driver is basically the only reason that I keep going to this place because he is so pleasant not the young one this one is probably mid-age or younger My apologies if he is younger
Anyways after this experience it's a shame to have to find another place but I feel if though the person taking my order and making my pizza doesn't really care in that says a lot about the other people around as well this will be my last order and once again I do want to reiterate that the delivery driver that delivers my stuff all the time is a very awesome person.

IF YOU ARE SEARCHING GOOGLE FOR PIZZA IN HARRISON TOWNSHIP — ORDERING PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION IS RISKING YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THEY HAVE ON TWO OCCASIONS FAILED TO DELIVER SERVICES/PRODUCTS AND FAILED TO REFUND ME FOR THEIR MISTAKES.
I live around the corner from this Carlos location and have frequented it since I moved into my house in 2017. I had some problems since the beginning with them forgetting something on every single order. I had to dispute a payment once! Since then I order it only when I crave it (their pizza IS good) but once it took so long I had to cancel; (pre-pandemic) and I didn’t receive my refund. I waited a loooong time before I caved and ordered again. That was today. I ordered at 645pm. It’s 8:15. I ordered a medium pizza and some pretzel bites. Even if I hadn’t eaten anything in 29 days 23hours and 58minutes I would like to drive right by this place and starve to death before I jaded them another penny. I suggest you order pizza from someone else. Jets and HH both take online orders and can deliver their order in a timely manner. Brionis makes a great pizza as does Luigis. Hell, even Little Caesars would be a better option than enabling this terrible establishment any longer.
8:45pm - 2nd call - it took 10 (ten) times to get through to the manager to be put on hold - order cancelled and “refunded” again. We’ll see. I called the store and they immediately denied us even ordering, THEN we spoke to the manager and called to let them know the chicken was raw. He Daniel (store manager) argued with us that the chicken isn’t raw because he packaged them himself… I asked can we send proof of it being in fact RAW he said it wouldn’t change anything because he knows for a fact it isn’t raw. We went back and forth for about 10 min until he gave us his number and he offered the owners number to leave a complaint. Daniel LIED and gave us wrong numbers lol. It’s just terrible customer service.
