I hate to do a bad review, but this might be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I converted DD points to two free drinks, but I wasn’t sure how to use the app to find the converted points to scan for the free drinks through the drive-through window. My fault I waited until I got to the window. I asked the guy if he knew how or could help me find where to scan for the free drinks and his simple response was $7.44. I asked the guy again the situation and if he could apply the free drinks and find it on the app, he says no, $7.44. I asked him if somebody else could help me and his response again was NO. Each time his response came across more rude as he really did not care whatsoever with a total negative tone. This is coming across nicer than it actually was. I then opened the box to give a munchkin to my toddler in the backseat (and checked my mirror at least 3 times during this 30 seconds) no one was behind me. He then opens the window and says “is there a problem?” I responded “oh no I’m just giving one to my toddler real quick” he says “well move - I have a lot of people”. Literally so rude - it was 30 seconds and not one car behind me. So now that you took my money you will treat me that way?? Gilli specifically has repeatedly locked the door hours before closing, refusing service, refusing food orders completely, and when asked to speak to a manager, he says he’s the manager, but he is not. I’m extremely disappointed because I come here every day after practice, I am a loyal customer of Dunkin’ Donuts, and I’m treated very disrespectfully day by day. Only by Gilli.
