Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Harrison Township

I ordered a medium pizza & a sub. I was keeping tabs on the howie track so I knew when to go in, it said my order was in review (20 mins after my order was placed which is normal) so I waited a couple more minutes and then I went inside.

Tell her my order name and she says a few more minutes, but I ended up sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, so 40 minutes after I placed my pickup my order was finally ready.

I finally heard someone say “what’s going on with Kalli’s order she’s been out there awhile” and then 15 seconds later someone brings my order to the counter, no explanation or anything.

Get home, and the pizza you can tell was sitting for 40+ mins, while my sub was piping hot.

I assume there was a mess up, but was told nothing and it’s just unprofessional.

The pizza was not enjoyable at all. I used to manage a jets pizza, and the least I would have done for something like this was offer a free 2 liter for the inconvenience, but nope nothing.

Couldn't believe that when I ordered a split top pizza they charged me for the toppings for both sides even though the pizza was supposed to come with one topping. The manager insisted that even though one topping was supposed to come with it there was nothing he could do because they have to charge for half toppings. I explained that they should have stated that when I put in the order and that they could either charge me the price for the deal or he could cancel my order. He said fine and walked away smiling like he accomplished something. He lost a regular customer and any of my friends that used to order from there.

I order more pizza than I should but every time I place an order, it is consistently PERFECTION.

This store especially, every single person I have spoken with couldn't be nicer. They really listen and make you the pizza you want, and having some food allergies, I really appreciate this. They always deliver super fast.

The best thing is that every order is consistently DELICIOUS.

Thanks for making the things so special and stress free and delicious... I really appreciate it more during the stress that the pandemic has brought on, but its the little things like knowing you guys ALWAYS pay attention to detail and make fresh and scrumptious comfort food.
