Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Harrison

Came in tonight.Asked the young man at the front about the specials due to just trying to grab something to eat so i could make a 45 min drive back home.i looked online for the 5$ lineup for some reason it wasnt popping up so me and my mother went inside and asked about the specials...he informed us of the large pizza specials and when asked if there was any specials on mediums i was told no....AFTER spending 40$ on 2 large pozzas breadsticks and winge i looked up and just so happened to see that they in fact DO have the 5$ lineup and it wasnt mentioned.by the time i realized they still had it my order was being made but im HIGHLY upset i spent more money than i planned because the worker didnt give me much info...i definitely will not return.40$ for 2 pizzas that didnt taste very well sliggtly overcooked.wings barely had enough sauce and just overpriced...but im upset the man at the front didnt tell me about the 5$ lineup since i was thinking they didnt have it anymore due to not seeing it on the...

We literally have issues every time we order from this location.. For over 3 years. Pick up, delivery - it doesn't matter. We always end up missing an entire item, wrong toppings, hardly cut, not cooked all the way... It's absolutely awful. The tonight they said the were crediting us and reordering to redeliver in 40 minutes, we call an hour & 50 minutes later asking what the deal is... She says the other person didn't have the authority to give us a reorder just credit... And I'm like... So... Someone should have called us and told us to stop waiting for a pizza you had no intention of sending?? This place is...

I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I had a choice. We ordered a pizza and was told it would be done in 20 minutes. Get in the car directly and pull up to pick up our pizza. A VERY rude worker came to the window and told us they were closed. We said we had an order to pick up and he bluntly told us that it was in the trash and he was trying to get out out of the establishment in a very rude tone. We were not aware that this was going to be a problem and I'm very upset with this kind of service. I recommend using the other...
