Absolutely Not. Visiting the area, thought we found a cool local coffee shop. 5 employees, maybe 3 customers. Staff very disorganized, chatty, undisciplined. Order 2 drinks. First drink was iced - came out after a 10-15 minute wait - we were the only people in there. 5-10 more minutes go by, where's my other drink? The power flickers, all staff is super panicky, have no idea what to do. All still super chatty and super distracted. Finally one asks what I ordered, watched her drop my cup twice having to restart the syrups over again and again. Then after more struggles, she explains that she can't make the drink because of machine malfunctions. Issues with technology and machinery I understand, what I don't understand is the non communication to the customer (one was super polite, apologizing but that was after 20 minutes of already waiting). Tried to offer me a cold drink, a free drink for next time - we live way to far away to redeem in future. Then when I asked for a refund, of course they couldn't provide one until a manager could come in. So, paid for a drink, TIPPED, and left with nothing after a looooong wait. Read moreI was home visiting family and friends for a day. I don't usually do chains but my friend really wanted to come here. I normally order an espresso, cortado, or syrup-free latté but my friend raved about the specialty drinks and said they weren't too sweet. I ordered the Snow Mint Cold Brew with Sweet Foam without adjusting any of the syrups. I wasn't expecting this but my friend was right! That drink specifically was not disgustingly sweet like other coffee shops' specialties. She got the Salted Sweet Tooth Latté which was admittedly more sweet but that's what she was going for. My friend also ordered the Turkey Havarti Bragel on Asiago and it was so good that I got one to go! The bagel was crispy/crunchy on the outside with the perfect amount of give/chew inside. There was an appropriate amount of meat, cheese, and sauce. And, it was served hot. Everything was great from the moment we walked in--greeting, ordering, service, speed, cleanliness, and price. The smoothie was sour, so I asked for a remake. Upon pulling back up to the drive thru window again, the wanted to charge me for another drink, when I reminded them it was a remake. A lady with dark hair, who identified herself as the manager, just said “Sorry, we don’t do that.” I told her I would not be back, though I’m sure she doesn’t care about losing business as long as as she can keep charging for bad drinks. I prefer to support businesses who will make it right if they’ve made a bad drink. Own up to the quality of your product. Even better - corporate doesn’t care, they are hiding behind “this is a franchise location” and can pretty much do what they want. One less place I have to worry about ever...
