Do NOT waste your money here! Give your money to another local restaurant that could use it. The manager is the rudest woman I’ve probably ever met in a customer service atmosphere. After being told we’d have to wait 45 minutes for our pizza to be ready (the wait is not an issue, it was a Saturday night), I walk in to find they skipped over our dinner for a “printer malfunction.” Instead of the manager being apologetic and accepting responsibility for the mistake, she not only placed blame elsewhere, she told me (a very visibly 8 month pregnant woman) to go across the street to McDonald’s if I didn’t want to wait the extra time it would take to make the pizza. In tears at this point, I decide to wait as it’s 8:30pm and can’t wait another hour to order food from somewhere else, and McDonald’s isn’t an option. When she brings the food out to the vehicle, we still got the same rude attitude that we got inside the restaurant. No remorse for her mistake as she shoved the pizza through the window. I will never spend my money here again, and will tell everyone I know to do the same. If I wasn’t pregnant and absolutely needed to eat at that point, I would have gone somewhere else. We had the most unfortunate experience of service at this restaurant on 7/27/23 during dinner time. This was the second time I was at this location. We were a medium sized group, with 4 separate orders of a single pizza. My wife and I were the first of our group to order, but the last to be served our pizza, almost 10 minutes after the last other pizza was delivered, which was the wrong pizza. After going inside to explain it was the wrong pizza, they offered to remake the pizza correctly for us. This then led to another wrong pizza being delivered, as well as the correct one.
