Subway — Restaurant in Hart

I really don't know where to start with this one. I'm not one for writing reviews but this place deserves one. This is one of the few Subway Locations with a drive through and it's probably for the best that you use it if you're going to eat here.( I suggest you don't eat at this location, Unless you enjoy having food poisoning. If that's the case... Have at it)

The inside of the building is not the cleanest, On my recent visit Trash was spilled onto the floor, The entire time I was in there not one person came to clean up the mess. The tables were covered in crumbs, cups and wrappers from previous customers.

The food is spotty and makes me wonder of it's safety (Not anymore), Order a meatball sub ( That is if they aren't out of meatballs) and they're lukewarm, Order cold cuts and they're warm too.

The staff... Some are polite and friendly but others are about as friendly as the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket. On my recent visit I found the staff sitting in the corner nearly fornicating (I assume that's where the pulled pork comes from), They had turned the main sign off so people wouldn't stop in... Clever i'll give them that.

Bottom line I will no longer be visiting this store, But for those of you that will be. I suggest you stock up on Imodium and pepto... You're...

The employees all wore masks and were courteous, but the manager, a woman with dark curly hair, did not wear a mask even when handling food bags in the aisle. When wearing a mask behind the counter, it was deliberately loosened and hanging off her as she scooped out meat. The chain asks us to wear masks, and we comply out of concern for the greater good. The state of MI mandates that all people wear masks unless they wish to receive a fine of 500 dollars. The fact that well disciplined employees cannot point out to their boss that she is violating the law is a bad indicator for how this branch is run. Can they also speak out about meat or food that goes rancid, or do they let that manager call all the shots? I sincerely hope that I and no one else gets sick because of her deliberate negligence and violation...

It was terrible one of the worst experiences I’ve had at subway. I went to go through the drive through. The person said they’d be with us in a minute, then five minutes of nothing. So I went inside we stand at the counter and no one comes out or says anything they’re all in the back. Then three employees come out, and do not say a word to us. One of the guys who seemed like he was in charge started slamming containers around in the area. One guy starts clicking buttons on the computer, still says nothing they all look right at us. The other one was told to just do mobile orders that just printed out even though we were right in front of them, before that. Still ignoring us and there’s a line now. We just walked out and left it’s unacceptable for restaurant employees to be acting like this when they were...
