The Flip Flop — Restaurant in Hartford City

Didn’t get to try the food as we never were waited on. Keep trying to try this place but never a good experience. Won’t be trying any longer. Stood at the window a good 12-15 mins or so. Watched a lady in the drive thru side get her food and the worker walk away without helping us. Watched a 2nd worker emerge from the back of trailer and take a phone order, that came in roughly 5 mins after we were standing there in the sun. Appropriate thing to do would be to place the phone order on hold and take care of customers that were there before the call. Watched the lady walk away after taking the phone order and never acknowledge the people standing outside the window though she looked directly at us while taking the order. Trailer isn’t that big so where did they go? Waited about two more mins for either of the two to come take our order or at least say we will be with you soon but never came so we left. There was no one else in the drive thru or waiting on food so I don’t understand the behavior. I think I know why there is never much of a line or any vehicles around there if that’s how customers are treated.
