This review comes from an out of towner. And let me just say, i was pleasantly surprised. The food and service were superb. The grits are the kind you could only hope for in a restaurant and then some. The eggs, so nicely scrambled and fresh. The toast was toasted just right and the ham actually had flavor 😋. Lastly, the home fries were out of this world. The customer service was outstanding as well. Depicte being busy, our waitress took the time to explain the menu, being this was our first time here. The cooks are wonderful and show hospitality, the waitress and cashier not so much, never greater with kindness stern faces😠 rude. The place definitely needs a make over looks like someones garage and id never recommend this place for a sit down meal which takes forever usually unless you're a regular. The food, you're lucky if they have pork bacon turkey bacon seems to be the go too since they cater to the Jamaican population and most don't eat pork. This place at one time was up to par!!! The food is amazing but the customer service is insanely bad. I literally just called in for a pickup order and she took my order and literally just ended the call. I was still speaking she didn’t even say if the order was accepted just said ok and hung up. I’m so confused. Debating if I even wanna drive the twenty minutes to go pick it up now. Why not train your staff on how to be courteous and customer friendly? No matter how good your food is you still need to maintain some sort of customer service standard. Rude!!!
