Arby's — Restaurant in Hartselle

Lawrence is the manager there during the day hours and he has one of the best personalities and customer service I have ever seen in any store of all time😁 He makes sure your meal is correct and hot, he corrects things when it's wrong without doubt in mind . Customer service skills are super in every way and always has a smile on his face. All time favorite place to go when I am hungry. He has one of the purest hearts I know of around my area when it comes to customers and there food safety and skills he is the guy and the restaurant should give him an award I must say I have been to every restraunt andevery place in my area he is the best of all people in customer service and food industry business .. will write Arby's and tell them the same things. If you want to eat at a friendly place, caring place that has hot food and corrects the meals and replaces them and helps his own employees instead of telling them he is the place to be and Arby's is lucky to have a manager like him.... Thanks Lawrence for making the best of all time experiences of fast food ever around!!!!!!!!! He doesn't know me or my family but we are there at least 3 times a week and he is a man of dedication and determination and I can't help but put the word out there about the exp. And environment of his energetic vibes.... Love this place better than any...

Line was backed up to the front of the pizza place “due to staffing issues, the lobby is closed” Maybe pay em a little more and incentive to work the lobby. 40 mins in drive thru with the lobby closed. Take the fast food sign down and just put up food sign. Remember now why stopped coming and hearing the people all the way from their cars hollering I’ve told you that wasn’t my order. Lack of management from top corporate or ownership to store management. However. Won’t be an issue again bc 40 mins in drive through with lobby closed is only one option poor management and won’t be back. Sad prob is remember thinking Hartselle finally getting some new restaurants. Mayor….”yea we did but can’t eat there bc rarely open”. Every other food establishments are having same issues evidently yet operating...

I've never received food this bad. The crinkle fries were old, overcooked and completely dried out (see below), mozzarella sticks were not cooked, and I didn't receive any marinara sauce. I also didn't get any Arby's sauce for my very soggy sandwich. Who eats a Arby's sandwich without any sauce? No one. We ordered this on doordash, and it was delivered fairly fast, so these issues were not a result of the food sitting too long after the order was bagged. I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. The employees here just do not care. We bought complete trash from a store w/ zero pride and integrity. Oh yeah, no ice in drinks and too scared to even eat our food. Horrible. I hope I don’t get sick from the few...
