Julia’s Grill mexican restaurant — Restaurant in Hartselle

I hate leaving anything but 5 star reviews but the staff got me a little upset today when I placed an order for a steak quesadilla. I also asked for veggies with it like tomato and lettuce. When I went to pick it up I paid and made it back to my car and realized the lettuce and tomato weren't in the container at all. I went back in, no problem mistakes happen. I ask for the veggies and the cashier person goes to the register to charge me 4.91$ for wanting the order to be made correctly. I tried explaining this to him and that that is not good business. First of all they messed the order up in the first place, secondly to charge 4.91 for a small side of lettuce and tomato is absurd. He never made it right and I walked out. I don't usually leave bad reviews very often, hardly ever but in this instance I felt it was necessary. Julia's if you make a mistake in someone's order make it right. Don't proceed to way over charge them for your error. Please...

Everything looked good & was delicious. My husband chose this Mexican Restaurant because his friends told him that Robots bring the food to the table, but that wasn't the case when we visited today for Lunch. We ordered 2 items from the Specials of the Day. My husband had Alambres and a Pink Lemonade. I ordered Chicken and Rice dish with a side of Refried Beans and a Sweet Tea. The Salsa was a chunky salsa which my husband liked. The Women's bathroom was clean & had 2 spacious stalls that were made to look like horse stalls with a big, somewhat heavy door. Me and my wife have eaten here now 5 times and never had a bad experience. People being petty thats a competitor from Don Alejo’s that I personally know leaving bad reviews is ridiculous to me. Don Alejo’s which just in the last week or two had a health rating of a 67. It’s people like this that piss me off. Stop being a petty little b!@tch about a competitor and leaving bad reviews. This is probably the best Mexican restaurant in Hartselle. Check them out you won’t be sorry also look how many people are at Julia’s then take a look at Don Alejo’s it’s no comparison.
