Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harvard

This has to be the dirtiest Dunkin I have been in. The floor needed to be swept and the bathrooms, both men and women's, were very dirty. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper at 12pm on a Sunday. The toilet had a layer of dust on it that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The sink was slow to drain so there was a film of dirt covering the entire sink. There was toilet paper and urine on the floor and the base of the toilet, again, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My son said the men's room looked the same. What a great Dunkin's location! I have become a regular here over the past few months and have never had a bad experience! All the baristas know my usual order and are always friendly and cool. I was actually inspired to write this after going last night as they were closing and getting to see first hand the intensity and professionalism of the two employees doing the closing routine. Dealing with those tasks and working at learning the new computer system, these two still found a way to get my coffee in my hand and send me on my way smiling. So here's to you Gabby and Emily!! I go to dunks daily between this location and the ayer location. I am not sure what happened but the staff that I was met with today appalled me. I get it, with the covid business going around everyone is stressed to the max, but dont take your frustrations out on your customers. Not only was he rude, but upon myself asking him to fix my beverage he practically threw my cup at me with the "fixed" beverage, and he never gave me straws. I ended up going to a different dunks down the road to fix said beverages. And those dunks employees at the other location were so understanding and extremely friendly and went above and beyond to...
