Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harwich

I only gave this place one star because I couldn’t rate zero. I went there and the manager took my order he was very rude and he threw my food down to rush to assist other customers. I had to call for him to finish my iced coffee by adding whip cream and caramel drizzle, even then he did not add any caramel drizzle just the whip cream. The coffee tasted horrible and the service was a horrible experience. To add this was not my first interaction with him and it had always been the same. He does not need to be dealing with customers. Things were much better during the summer when the line people would sometimes be up front along with seasonal workers. My advice get rid of that manager...

I arrived around 1030 am and there was no one in line and the woman behind the counter was making a drink. When she as done she never acknowledged me and started cleaning a machine instead of telling me someone will be with me or please hold on. There were 3 people behind me and she started cleaning for a few minute then went to stock cups and miscellaneous items. What happened to customer service? The worst place I have ever been to! Ordered a jelly donut and a large black iced coffee with 3 sugars. Got the donut right away, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I still didn’t get my coffee. I had to leave for work, so I ended up walking out without the drink I paid for. Absolutely unacceptable—especially for something as simple as a black iced coffee.
