Just had a horrible experience here. Took my son on a mommy date and he picked DQ. I ordered a salad for myself and kids meal for him and paid. As we waited I heard someone, possibly the manager?, yelling at the girl who took our order that they were out of lettuce and no salad and that she needed to go tell me. So the girl did, after a new minutes, come tell me there was a problem and the lettuce was recalled and I could order something else. So I went to order again and no one was there to take my order. Finally she took it. But no refund was issued for the salad and there was a significant difference in price. Whatever, I just waited for the food and tried not to make a scene bc it was busy. But then my food arrived wrong, no apologies for anything and the girl just dropped the burger on the table and left. Almost as though she knew they were in the wrong. Horrible disappointment! We wonāt return anytime soon. It was so awkward to watch the girl get yelled at and then have such horrible service and basically get robbed...

A man asked my name and I provided it and he said pull forward. When I pulled to the window a lady asked for my name again and I provided it. She then came back and said I wasn't in the system so then I showed her the order on my phone and she went back to talk to someone else about it. I then figured out that the app had actually never sent the order to the store, so when a different lady who I assume was the manager at that point came to the window I explained what happened and she immediately got angry at me saying that she can't make my food then and I need to send the order so they can start it. I then told her it was giving me an error not letting me send the order, she then yelled, "Well I can't make your phone work sir." I drove off and will never go back again, even though I've eaten there for years. That horrible woman needs to get a different job if she is that bitter...

I did as asked and was met by a very upset manager, who said he would refund my money and told me to leave. I started crying (bad day). He didn't believe me that his employees said to drive through when we tried to order. Why would I make this up? My food order was at least placed in the box with respect. My friends order was thrown in the box and was cold. Manager comped my second order and said he was having a bad day. I am a very good customer never had trouble with anyone or anything before this. His employees lied about what happened and was upset because they had to add an order. I would never recommend this place unless you get ice cream only. The food was not good and the employees are self important. With out customers no jobs. Just a reminder customers are always right. This is the first rule of...
