Rivals Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Nebraska

We got things to go. 1) There was no wing sauce on their loaded buffalo fries as describe, the cheese on the fries was overloaded, dried, and made the all the fries become one big piece and difficult to serve to others. 2) Their Chicken Marinara Parmesan Sandwich had probably a teaspoon of marinara and again way too much cheese, plus the chicken patty was under cooked. One the side of this meal we ordered chilli cheese fries but no cheese was found....? 3) We also got spinach dip with tortilla chips, many chips but only enough spinach dip for a couple of dunks. 4) The last meal chicken fried steak was as well undercooked, no side vegetable found but is given in the meal description. I love coming here and food is usually good, but tonight was a bad night. I over payed for not up to quality food...

Well we order drinks had ice tea drank the ice tea took forever to get it refilled after I asked for it to be refilled and my friends wife asked for a limon for her water didn't even bring but stood there and stated it was over on the counter .still didn't bring it .then I watched her go to several other tables and never came back to ours I guess because she thought we weren't important enough .went to tables that had people she knew or figured she would bigger tips from. I may not look like I have much or not go to places like yours but I have more than you can imagine and she screwed herself out of sizable tip .I would differently come back. To rivals because the food was very good but I will not have her as a waitress I will get up and walk out before...

I've got to say.... I work on the road... And am very reluctant to eat at bar and grills.... But this particular bar and grill changed that on a Sunday night... I have to give props to Jason & the whole crew.....,!!!! I've worked food and know what it's like to ha a 5 top walk-in, 10 minutes till the grill closes....ON A SUNDAY NIGHT...BUT.. These LADIES AND GENTLEMEN busted it out...like we were first table of the day....BIG THANK TO THE RIVAL CREW.... Also I ordered a taco salad with beef and they were out of beef so Jason got creative and offered that we do a pulled pork taco salad.... NOW I'M GOING TO PULL THE PORK...
