Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Hastings

Ran threw the drive threw after my daughters state softball. It was 930 but what kind of runza... runs out of all kinds of runzas?!?!? So burgers all around. The daughters burger was requested no pickle or onion. That was right, but the ketchup and mustard was so overdone it was oozing out the wrapper. My fries were dumped in the bag upside down. The window girl was nice to our face and at the order speaker, but pretty sure she and the condiment slinger didn't want to be at work anymore. Grandma would not be proud! I had to come back in and edit cause my swiss mushroom burger was also missing the mushrooms. I would rather go back to the slow McDonald's at the far side of town! At least the order was...

Food was good and hot. Nothing special but good. This was my very first and last time eating at a Runza, due to the charges for the food. See receipt. I ordered a cheese burger combo and a single cheese burger. I was charged for each item separately and was charged 2 bucks for ordering a meal, WTH !!?? Never again, unbelievable the gread people have in today's world. If you're going to sale a combo then sale a combo don't advertise it then make each item separately. You could have had the next best...

The Firsta salad was brought to my table without any dressing so I had to stand in the line to get some. And then opening the bowl, my lettuce in my was brown, and the serving amount of the chicken was skimpy. It was very disappointing. The manager did give me a replacement after I made them aware of the issue, although I feel the staff need to take a look at what they’re preparing and not serve brown salad and include the dressings so customers don’t have to stand in line...
