Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hastings

Placed an order ahead for a specific time and they had my pizza in the warmer for nearly an hour. Because a worker there had called my name and let me know it was done while I was waiting on an order for a friend. Then when I came back an hour later to pick up my pizza. They had tried to give me that old pizza. I talked to the manager because I had placed my order for the desired time with the gal at the counter, and she told me ok, it would be ready for me at the time I had asked. They ended up remaking my order, which was great. However, the manager told me I couldn't order my pizza like that again. I asked why, he then asked if I had called it in, I said, " No I placed the order in person to the gal right there. " And she agreed. She took my name, phone number, and everything at the time of my order. The manager was just rude...

I placed my order today of a large pepperoni pizza with cheesy bread sticks, a 2 liter of Pepsi, and 2 cups of ranch around 6:30pm, just to receive cold pizza, half eaten bread sticks, no ranch, and a 2 liter of Pepsi. I then called the store to explain the situation and to speak with Steve (the manager). He was extremely arguementive, and he did not allow me to finish what I had to say as a paying customer. Just a simple "Sorry Sir, we will fix that right away, and it will never happen again" would have been better: how about professional? With him being a manager and not being professional, I am sorry to say that it reflects on to all the other employees and the district manager for not taking care of this store by taking the time to read these reviews and fix the problems. I will never again buy anything...

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love Little Ceasars, but today was awful. I ordered our pizza & breadsticks over the phone at 6:30 PM. They said I'd be 8-10 minutes. We showed up 12 minutes later and it still wasn't done. Waited another 15 min. And the gal said she didn't know how much longer it'd be because they were running behind. Waited another 15 minutes, again. Then she tried to give me a pizza that wasn't at all what I ordered. Then Mike began helping me. He said didn't know what had happened, but that I could keep the pizza as is and they'd get the correct one going for free. Then he also added that they'd also reimburse me for what I had already paid. He was very nice and I understand if its a rough night. But my goodness it was too much. It'll be awhile before we go...
