McDonald's — Restaurant in Hastings

Okay first off our door dasher is not at fault let me make that very clear!

But when we ordered food we ordered thru door dash now correct me if I’m wrong the “dasher” does not make the food, nor pack the food in the bag right? Well then tell me why at south Burlington McDonald’s thought it was okay to argue with the hubby for 30mins saying it’s the dashers fault? Not right to me no no, we ordered as pictured below two sausage muffins and two bacon McGriddles when food got delivered it was one bacon McGriddle and two hashbrowns so the hubby goes and picks up our correct food and whomever was at the counter proceeded to argue with the hubby about the dasher no hunny it’s not the dashers fault as my hubby alone is a dasher himself! Dashers don’t touch the food unless they’re shady! now the bag was not torn none the sort so NOT THE DASHERS FAULT! but he gets home thinking it’s possible that they fixed it right the second time around we had very simple order! 4 sandwiches! Two different sandwiches 2each! Nope we now have two hashbrowns and 5 bacon McGriddles he’s on his way back to the store since all he wanted was his sausage McMuffin! I’m sorry as former fast food worker I always whenever we were slammed I always took that one moment to check receipt and what was in the back then closed it I TOOK THAT EXTRA MINUTE TO CHECK EVERYTHING! We don’t order from door dash that often it’s our lazy anime Sunday from a hangover of a Saturday night concert yes we’ll be lazy on our Sundays we deserve that but south Burlington McDonald’s needs to work on customer service and productivity of just double checking! While door dashing in the past every time a manager has told me to just pull up to the speaker then let them know it’s a door dash this is the first time I have had an issue with people here the manager tonight was great and nice but the person running the speaker and the bagger NOT nice at all the one at the speaker told me I have to come in which I do when it’s BEFORE the time they locked their doors and I even attempted first at the door and stood there for at least 2 minutes I told her I can’t bc the door is locked and she said well then just sit there and call the store which they almost never answer their phones I’m not gonna be late on my order bc the crew can’t do a simple task now for the bagger she just set it on the counter and walked away and the manager went out of his way to bring it to me when I was obviously standing outside waiting when the bagger just set it there my order was over 5 minutes late bc of ignorant crew that can’t do simple tasks but thanks to the manager he apologized and gave...

This was quite the experience. One gal at a laptop talking out loud to her laptop, “ the t-shirts aren’t coming in for another week. Really?” “Come on Logan!” And multiple other comments to her computer. One gal taking training or they called it “classes” and the employees are yelling back and forth in the restaurant about her food getting cold, they started classes without me, etc. Then one of the male employees is in the bathrooms and they are loudly announcing that “someone needs to get him since he has been in there 20 minutes.” There are two other customers in the restaurant with me. One of them was waiting at the counter and looked at me and said “Good Luck” to me! I stood there waiting for a McFlurry and I decided it wasn’t worth it. I saw three cars in the drive thru so I don’t know what kept them busy but the whole atmosphere was not pleasant! At least food was good but wouldn’t rather not dine...
