Tony's Tacos — Restaurant in Hastings

I'm the type that always finishes the food I pay for, especially when its $18 for 4 tacos and some chips and salsa. I could not finish my tacos. I don't know if it was the meat or the tortillas themselves, but there was a ton of grease on every taco. Taste was decent, but I couldn't get past how much grease there was. They put napkins in the container but I couldn't use them to wipe the grease off my hands, because they were soaked in grease too. As for the chips and salsa, imagine going to a high school football or basket ball game and getting the nachos. Those are the exact chips you get, and the cheese is straight out of a can. I have been going to Tony's Taco's for years. Always excited when they opened the truck up every spring. Very disappointed now that they have opened the store in Express Mart. Multiple times I have gone in and I get the wrong order and this last time I called a large order in, the person on the phone told me that my food would be ready at 12:10. I went in at 12:15 and they hadn't even started my order. When I said something I was told they were busy. Yes they were busy but I watched the girl who took my order bring it to the front of the other orders. I am in Hastings as a traveling healthcare worker. I eat at Tony's once a week when I am out here for work. The food is AMAZING, the staff is so friendly and I am such a regular they have my order memorized. The carne asada is unlike anything I've ever had, so flavorful and juicy, the carnitas are SO GOOD too, the rice and red hot sauce, A1. I can't speak highly enough about this place. I am going to miss eating here SO MUCH when my assignment ends next week. I wish they'd come open a restaurant in Omaha!!!!! Also, the prices are super reasonable, and in fact cheap for me.
