I ordered for the first time after hearing how good they were. I live 3 minutes away in Victorian Village. I ordered for myself and a friend whose husband is ill. Same building one floor apartment. They said they couldn’t deliver to two apartments. They can’t do that?? Well I told them to come to my apartment and they went to my friends instead. The orders were all messed up. He wanted her to sign my charge receipt. She refused and told the guy to come to me. Well I knew my order and proceeded to take it. Delivery guy insisted I open all the food so he could see it. I told him that was unsanitary. He still made me open it. Then he took the other order upstairs and the fries were spilled in the box and everything was messed up. She didn’t want the fries since they fell in the dirty box. He was very rude. I called to complain and the manager didn’t care. I told him I was giving him a bad review he said so what. I said I ordered from lots of places for two apartments and never had a problem. He said well order from them!!! I can’t imagine them treating a first time customer so badly. Rude. Even the delivery guy. He got an $8.00 tip by the way. No mention of replacing the fries or giving me credit. Just “go elsewhere”. So if you want rude...

NOT 😤 HAPPY AT ALL! 👎🏼 Today was our 1st time that we’ve ever ordered from Amy’s Pizza, & it’s also our last time, DEFINITELY...! We will never order from them again. We ordered a pizza & an order of the 15 Buffalo Wings. We told them that we wanted a side of bleu cheese as well as a side of ranch dressing for dipping, & reminded them a total of 3 times to make sure that they got the order right. THEY DID ❌ NOT...! They told us how much it was gonna be & when it arrived it was $3.00 more than they told us.. And they forgot the bleu cheese, & told us it would be 30 mins to just bring us bleu cheese.. “what, r they making it from scratch?!” Our wings won’t be hot anymore by the time they bring us the 30 min bleu cheese..! The wings were not very good at all, they were soggy & pretty much not edible, actually no one should ever eat these wings, that’s how inedible they are. When we called them about the bleu cheese they were extremely rude on the phone & not very helpful. They acted as if they didn’t care about...

Amy's Family Pizzeria in Hatboro, yes that one 😉 is the best local Pizzeria that you can order from. The hoagies, the burgers, the pizza, the wings, the sandwiches, desserts you name it. It's all great food.

Always warm and always done right. Ever since moving in the area a few years ago I don't even think they we've received an incorrect or bad order.

Calling every time you have someone on the phone who is pleasant and easy to speak to. The delivery folks are also always very nice and personable.

We even recently understandably (late evening order) had a delivery that was pretty late (1 1/2 hrs) which is never their usual - typically 45 on the busiest of days. We called in and got an apology with a quick update and within five minutes we got our food and still it was warm so no issues. Amys went out of their way to give us a credit on the next order that'll be pretty much within the next week or so!!
