Subway — Restaurant in Hatfield

The past 2 visits to this location have been mediocre at best. Last time we ordered a BLT via phone and received a grinder with just bacon and mayo?! This past visit, it took 15 mins to make a sandwich while I stood and waited with no one in the store! First the drink machine needed to be loaded, then the boxes recycled, then the bread taken from the oven. The server had difficulty remembering the order and didn’t fully cook the bacon. Awful customer service. Came in for 2 grinders and the lady helping us was very rude and rushed us through our order, didn’t ask if the subs were different and seemed annoyed when I told her they weren’t the same when she started to just throw them together. Not to mention she didn’t build the subs correctly, putting the chicken down on the bottom of the bread followed by the cheese with a careless helping of teriyaki on top of the cheese… She made comments under her breath to her coworker who seemed a bit more professional as they were cashing us out.
