On December 27, 2023 in the evening, I placed my order and got the incorrect change. Nothing was said to me by the male. He walked away and a female gave me the food. She asked me what was wrong and I told her that I was short of change due. She said that they ran out. Whether it’s 2 cents or 75 cents, it is theft. At least have the decency to acknowledge it and apologize. Or make an effort and think ahead. Some employees will reach in their own pockets and give the customer the change, then get reimbursed when there’s change. It’s not the amount, it’s the principle of it. The male who took my order had no manners at all. I don’t fault him as much as I do his parents for failing to do their job. The female looked at me like as if I’m making a big deal about the 2 cents. It’s not the 2 cents, it’s the principle. If the employees are lax in things like this, what else is subpar? He asked for my name. He didn’t make an effort to get it right. Yes, I’m a foreigner, but my name is not that uncommon. Manager, please send your employees to take a course in manner and etiquette. Read moreI hate giving a less than average report to any type of business or location. But, my experience last night at this location was not a very pleasant one. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with other things. There were no other customers inside nor in the drive-thru. From the time I placed my order which was 2 orders of the "2 Beef and Cheddar's for $7," of which they only had one for my order that I had to correct at the window, took 23 minutes to receive. And on top of that, it wasn't even warm. The staff was somewhat polite during what little interaction we shared though. I'm aware that there are many chores to do to operate a fast food restaurant... When I get the buffalo chicken sandwich it’s old and grey on the inside and dry, makes me sick. I don’t know why people can’t just take pride in the food that they put out and be happy when customers are enjoying the food. Instead they treat it like they don’t care and they’re just there for the money. I’ve been told the food is fresh and when I go back because the food was horrible one of them told me the chicken has sat out for over an hour. It’s laziness.
