My parents and I went in to get donuts for ourselves as well as other friends and family. We live about an hour and a half away so when we go we like to get for other people for the convenience of it. The lady at the counter was clearly in a pissy mood and was showing it all over her face. I purchased my 4 donuts then my mom began placing the order for her donuts as well as the orders for our friends and family. After the second dozen was filled, another employee walked into the store and the lady who was helping my mom rudely cut my mom off from ordering to complain to this other lady about how another employee had left earlier that day, leaving her there by herself. After a minute or two, she had returned to working on my mom's order to which she was clearly distracted and had messed up and miss counted. Once my mom had filled 3 dozen donuts, the lady was giving her attitude and rolling her eyes once my mom said she had more to order. After filling the 4th dozen, the lady began to ring up my moms order without saying a word. My mom had one more dozen to fill. When she brought it up to the lady she was giving us attitude about getting too many donuts and how it was selfish and unfair to the customers who might come in after us. She said we should have ordered online for a big order like that because there was a 3 dozen limit that she already exceeded by giving us 4. We informed her that we did not know that and would abide by it next time and since we drove so far and we're already there she should let us get the one extra dozen we needed to complete our order. She would not let us do that. We even offered to split the order between the 3 of us that were there to which she said that was just selfish and she would not allow that. Read moreI’ve never received worst service in my entire life! I wanted to deliver donuts to my mother for Mother’s Day. I placed the order Saturday afternoon for it to be delivered to her at 10 am on Sunday. The next day around 11 I called the store to see why it did not arrive to her yet. I was told that the drivers were a little behind and it will be sent shortly. After waiting 2 more hours and it still was not sent out, I called back almost 50 times until I finally got a response. The person said that they actually don’t have any glaze donuts that’s why it wasn’t sent!! He said they just got donuts now if I would like to reorder to get it deliver! How ridiculous! I tried to call coustumer service that Sunday and waited for over and hour and still no response! I know my mom really wanted it so I tried to make another order and figured I would just receive a refund for my first order later but then the website would not let me order! It said delivery was unavailable. I had to order my mother something else that did not get to her until 5pm. I called customer service the next day and was on hold for TWO HOURS!!! When someone finally answered, she said she can give me a glaze donut coupon and not the refund of my money and the extra money I paid for in delivery and chargers! This is absolutely ridiculous. Read moreI have no problem with the food, but the service was horrible. 3 people infront of me were not able to order on the drive threw, same with me. I pull up to the window and wait another 5 minutes while they serve people inside that I watched park and walk up while i waited. I had to honk the horn to get service . I stopped to get hot donuts because the sign was lit saying so. The sign lied, and I was told i had to wait another 4 minutes for hot donuts. Now we are at 20 minutes total. So to pay 5x the actual value of coffee and fried donuts. The entire point of a drive threw and overpriced products is the "convenience" I asked for a manager and got nowhere. I asked for customer service phone number and got the store number. I called the store asked again, and was told they don't have it. What kind of business are they running? Paid 8$ for 2 coffees and went around the corner and bought a aspirin after all of that. What ever happened to serving the customer and making them happy, that's how you get repeat business.
