The Italian Diablo is so good. Primos is my go to for delicious hoagie. Their hoagie trays are awesome as well. Called and made order through the app. It said it would take twenty minutes, I arrived in ten minutes. the hoagies were already made and waiting. It did not disappoint. Would definitely go back to this location and get hoagie from there. Their chicken cutlet hoagie the bada bing was also a game changer, it was so good. Highly recommend.

Havertown primos falling off the franchise standard. We paid extra for extra cheese that wasn't in the sandwich? Asked for pickles which wasn't in the sandwich? They did put hot and sweet peppers that wasn't requested for the sandwich? Waited 20 minutes over for our on line pick up time? Why would I ever order there again when cut above is up the pike? Management is failing to uphold standards!! Very disappointing 😞

I stated that I had never been to Primos. She said you have to request lettuce, tomatoes, & onions; although there is no charge. When I asked about the cup of coleslaw, but didn't want to buy, she said she could put a tiny bit of coleslaw into a sample cup. I didn't know I would be charged (75c) for the tiny bit. The sandwich was also tiny. The cost ($10) was high for the tiny (6in) sandwich. The parking was fair.

It hurts me to have to leave this review but this is the second time that Primos has come up subpar. I’m very simple. Turkey cheese on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers hot peppers, mayo, oil on the side and some chips. You forgot the chips no problem. I’ll chalk it up to a little mistake and will not worry about losing out on the two bucks. But how do we continuously mess up the wrap? First time I had an issue the end of the turkey meat… Those little hard edges were stuffed in the sandwich. Then on top of that there’s no mayo and no tomatoes, hot peppers or sweet peppers. It’s literally a dry sub. Again I let it go but today I can’t let it go. It’s getting ridiculous when you forget to put the cheese on turkey and cheese. Again none of the things I asked for like hot peppers and sweet peppers and onions were on the sandwich either. And again we forgot the chips. I Called the restaurant to speak with the manager to express my dissatisfaction, but not surprisingly Dave was too busy to take my call. And I have still yet to get a call back. This place unfortunately now is hit or miss. Mostly miss at this point. Primos is great but this location is no longer worth it. You’ve lost a loyal customer if you care. And please don’t worry about responding and asking me to fill out any questionnaire about my dissatisfaction when you didn’t even have the common courtesy to return my call. Find my number that you took down and promised to call me back with. I won’t...

THE WORST PRIMOS EXPERIENCE EVER!!

After driving an hour and half from work on a rainy day, I decided not to go home and cook my meal but rather trust this location for making it. I placed an order and went in. When I got in, I was told to wait because my order was not yet ready. Then I hear, "..... you burned his chicken?" Followed by a sound of a knife shaving off breaded chiken. Then my sandwich was wrapped and I was told my order is ready. I had a feeling my chiken was burnt so I asked the young woman at the register, "hey, this chiken isnt burnt right?" She giggled a little and said, "oh no it's not." I even told her I hope it's not and she said nothing. I paid and to my surprise when I get home the chicken was completly burnt. This made me so frustrated being lied to and drove back to get a refund and ended up with no meal. I work hard for my money and dont expect to be cheated like this. I am sure everyone including the owner does not either. I drove half hour from and to the resturant and wasted gas for what, to end up with no meal. I will never go back to this place and recommend people to check there meals if they suspect anything because you...

SAFETY RISK -- While my wife watched as her hoagies were being prepared today, two female employees were trying to fix a mechanical stapler directly above her sandwiches.

She gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought the sandwiches home, but halfway through eating one of the hoagies, she found METAL STAPLE SHARDS inside the sandwich.

She called the store to inform them of the issue. She was given an apology, but no offer of refund or replacement sandwiches. Which, to be honest, was the least of her concern given what nearly just happened.

This could have ended up WAY WORSE. So far, it seems we noticed in time. But this could have been an emergency room visit and all due to the incredibly irresponsible and nonsensical actions of the employees here.

To PRIMO HOAGIES -- please use this as an example to train your employees about food safety and that it is NOT OK to be doing ANYTHING around prepared food other than to WRAP IT UP. I am thankful that we avoided a major medical issue, but this very nearly could have put my wife and elderly mother in the...
