General review, don’t bother if you’re looking for any kind of Hispanic or Mexican food. Picked up two California burritos (spicy Al pastor, mild chicken) and even from the get go was a terrible experience since the lady behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to get off her FaceTime call. Beyond that the food was technically put together but not much going on past that. Cold tortillas barely holding together and tearing, flavorless chicken and kind of spicy not really al pastor, soggy fries that just turned into a mush ball, all drowned in a kind of mixed up mash of what might be guac and sour cream with cold hard cheese. I’m not really one to leave reviews but from someone who lived in New Mexico and Texas this was bad enough for me to leave one. Would have been better off not spending the excessive price to just not finish

Was told this is the best Mexican food on the island so we sought this place out when we were in the vicinity. This Mexican food is Jalisco style which usually means that the food is more soupier than traditional. If the flavors aren't there than its just a sloppy mess. Fortunately this food had a lot of flavor. There's a lot of Mexican joints I still haven't tried but up to this point I would say it's top tier. My only suggestion would be to replace the flour tortillas. They aren't freshly handmade and they really take away from the actual food inside. The food portions are what you would expect for the price. The staff is friendly and we were able to find shade at a nearby table.

As far as Mexican food goes on Oahu, this place is okay, meaning average. I try to give folks the benefit of the doubt here because I grew up in California and spent a lot of time in El Centro. However, I do expect flavor and here it was lacking. Portions are smaller in comparison to other Mexican restaurants too, and with everything, the prices seemed to have increase recently. It’s just too bad the quality didn’t shift up as well. Three stars because the staff is pretty friendly.

Okay, first of all!!! Id just like to start by saying.... its been sooo hard to find a good Authentic Mexican Food place... like... I've been to Many places and NONE of them have made me eat the meat falling off of my torta with my fingers and stuffing it in my mouth like its nobodys bidness. This is the best torta ive had since Mexico 😪 I added beans and extra carne asada to my torta. Guyyyyys yall Have to stop by here and have this Exact thing 😍😍😍 I ordered a carne asada quesadilla as well, in case i didn't like the torta but I'm so stuffed I'm afraid of opening the container.😅... will save that for later and come back to review that. I also ordered an Horchata, it needs a bit leche condensada and evaporada amd it will taste so much better! It was a bit too watery for my taste, still very delicious though😊

Overall im a happy customer. The food is worth what...
